Delivery terms

The goods from the warehouse are transferred to the dispatch service within a working day, but no later than 3-5 days from the date of receipt of payment to the account, excluding holidays and weekends.

Please note that for goods that are not in stock in stock or that must be delivered from the manufacturer to the warehouse for transportation and dispatch of goods, the delivery time will apply in a separate order, indicated separately in the description of each product on our website.

Delivery times of the supplied products may differ depending on the freight company and the service for the transportation of goods.

TT-TURK is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods associated with the services of companies delivering and transporting goods to the buyer, and it is considered that the client agrees to these conditions by default.

Some manufacturers may be late in responding to distributors and sellers due to unforeseen circumstances and congestion before holidays or weekends. The customer cannot hold TT-TURK responsible for the delayed delivery of goods caused by the manufacturers, and it is considered that the buyer has accepted these conditions in advance.

Delays associated with international delivery of goods are not grounds for refunding funds to the buyer.

The buyer is notified that if the storage / delivery period is exceeded due to the buyer not receiving the order on time at the pickup / courier delivery point, an additional fee may be charged for storing the goods, according to the conditions of the transport company.

If the goods were not sent to the buyer due to other circumstances not provided for by these conditions, the client has the right to submit a written request to the email address orders@tt-turk.com or in his personal account in the disputes section, which will be considered individually ... Refunds will be made in full within 14 days, by transferring to the account from which the payment for the purchased product was made.
